Believe it or not, this home is comprised of 6 total bedrooms and 2 family gathering spaces. The children’s bedroom are essentially branched out from the fireplace creating a half circle. 5 ton A/C Unit was installed to provide enough output to the additional square footage.
With regards to the kitchen, the angled partition stemming from the island was demolished. A support beam was placed within the island quartz slab which also housed the water line for the sink/dishwasher. The newly designed kitchen compliments the addition by keeping the orthogonal design pattern consistent.
